Venue opens at 11am – tea / coffee and cash bar available.
Welcoming drink and biltong upon arrival.
Rolling African taster menu from 12pm to 2pm.
Venue closes at 3pm.
Taster menu:
Mozambican peri peri chicken livers with fire baked bread.
Boerewors with Pap and sheba.
Bunny chow (goat curry in a hollowed out bun).
West African beef and tomato stew with smoked potato.
Spit roasted leg of lamb with tomato onion and herb salad.
Beef cheeks with Moroccan slaw.
Deep fried brisket balls with curry noodle salad.
Moer coffee and malva dessert.

A non refundable Commitment fee of $32.29 (per adult 20 years and up) is required to secure your booking before the 20th September for Smokey Flame to prepare all dishes accordingly to avoid wastage (free for children under 13 and $20.00 for teenagers 13 to 19 years of age). Please email your proof of payment to event22sep@smiles4kiwis.com and include your name and contact number. Please note that the commitment fee is for us to cover cost, any further cash, eftpos or bank transfer donations are also welcomed at the venue.
